Outpatient pet surgeries performed by a board certified veterinary surgeon / specialist. These specialized procedures typically do not require overnight hospital stay and can be evaluated, planned, and scheduled in advance. This process is sometimes called planned-surgery, day surgery, or same-day surgery.

Surgical Operations

These operations are done at our center with the consent of the owner and considering the severity of ailment your pet is suffering from. All pets go through a prescreening process during a complimentary consultation with one of our doctors. The consulting doctor will communicate all necessary information to the specialist. The specialist will come in on the day of the scheduled procedure to perform the surgery onsite at our surgical center.

Soft Tissue Surgeries

Soft tissue surgery consists of surgeries that do not involve the skeletal system. Recent bloodwork is required prior to surgery and our doctor will answer all your questions during your consultation. In some cases, we may recommend overnight hospitalization for fluid support, monitoring, pain management, or to reduce mobility during the early parts of healing.

Orthopedic Surgeries

We first review any recent diagnostics such as bloodwork and X-rays. During our complimentary consultation we discuss the surgical procedure indepth and whether or not more diagostics or imaging needs to be done prior to surgery. In some cases, your pet may not be a good candidate for certain procedures due to other complications. But whatever the situation, we will give you all the available treatment options so you can make an informed decision.
